Update on 12/11/24 - Merger Suspended

The CNCF Priests in Solidum received a clarification from the Diocese regarding the All Saints Parish and St. John the Baptist Parishes merger decree.  The decreed merger has been suspended pending the appeal outcome. “Now that parishioners of All Saints Parish have exercised their right to recourse, the decree cannot be executed until all that gets sorted out. The parish will not merge on 6 January and there will be no reduction decrees for this upcoming weekend.  Once their recourse has been completed, the diocese will issue new decrees as needed. As of right now, All Saints continues to operate as an independent parish.”
